What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain kitchenware and bedding items cannot be returned once opened.

Yes, all ZOKU products are rigorously tested and are 100% BPA-free, phthalate-free, and meet all FDA food safety standards.

Do you offer international shipping?
